Coronavirus sucks. It's forced us to work from home - unexpectedly. With little preparation. But lots of places said working from home couldn't be done here. Until, it had to be done. Yet they found a way.
Working from home, despite the pandemic-related stress and anxiety, has created the opportunity to discuss what happens next. As offices re-open, do we go back to the old way - the 9-5, five days a week in the noisy open-plan office - or do we try and do something different and better?
This micro-talk explores the opportunities available to us. If we want them.
What does 21st Century knowledge work look like? Can we strucutre our work around our commitments? Can we remove the rows and rows of desks and make our office space more engaging, and interactive? Can we retain the benefits of working from home?
